"He's an artist and he does whatever the fuck he wants to, and marketing calendar be damned," said Therisno Records VP of Marketing, Rhett Bastard, referring to the surprise realease of the new Question Beggar instrumental single and matching video , "Capp Smith Park May 24th 3:40 PM."

"We got a new album by him in the works ready to drop any month now, and then he takes a walk in the park, gets some phone vid of flowers, and then—boom—he's all, 'drop this today,' like I'm some kind of magic release genie," Mr. Bastard continued, almost seeming to care. "The instrumental is just him noodling, recorded on his phone. This is not how shit is done in the industry today."

Insiders at Therisno suggest that Question Beggar was trying to clear the decks creatively before the upcoming album—working title "07Q," and rumored to be a concept album, as well as a departure from the QB sound—renders his entire back catalog irrelevant.

Question Beggar could not be reached for comment as he was busy writing this press release.

Spilling out onto the wiry internet, Question Beggar releases his third major album, a concept album no less, 07Q.  And with it—his shit more together than ever before—drops the first video single "Dark to Light."

"It's basically my 2112," QB says to no one in particular, referring to the classic album by Rush about a future dystopia, "It's a Q-centric vision of a, perhaps, not-too-distant future where the world is straightened out by a clandestine group of patriots," although you'd have to really, really read between the lyrics to get that.

"Q" refers to Q Anon, a mysterious poster online who drops clues about the coming counter revolution based on his high-level insider status. Q's cryptic missives from the secret war against the deep state have captured the imaginations of millions around the world, including Question Beggar.

"If it was WWII, I'd be writing ditties for the boys overseas and their lonely gals on the homefront. I figured, why not write one for the invisible war going on? If the war ever gets revealed to be true, I'll look like a visionary or something," QB muses to his website. "If not..."

07Q is available wherever music streams and drops.

Question Beggar has been "in training" since August, playing open mikes to rehabilitate his live performance chops. Being a probational Texan, he knows that Texas will only accept the best in live entertainment, and that is what he intends to provide. Additionally, he's recording singles to be released one per month in 2020 as part of an 18-cut album with the working title, Record of the Year 2020. The first single and video, "Tattoo Masterpiece" will drop in early January. He's psyched.
